Today, I would like to talk a little bit about the Dutch Amaryllis Bulbs.
Dutch Amaryllis Bulbs
The name Amaryllis comes from the Greek word “amarysso” which means “to sparkle”. The symbolic meaning, “Pride”, most often thought of as an annual holiday classic to enjoy in your own home or given as a gift.
Amaryllis flowers are large and exotic and will brighten any home especially when grown indoors during the long winter. Holland is a major grower and exporter of the amaryllis, which is in especially high demand during the holiday season for its festive colours.
Each bulb will produce at least two flowering stems adorned with several breathtaking 8-10 inch blossoms.
