Fleurissant's Beginning
On April 1st, 2014 Paper Papier launched its floral division called Fleurissant. Under the creative direction of Tamiko Yamane, Fleurissant has grown to become one of the city's most popular sources for floral creations. The celebrated floral works designed by Tamiko can be found throughout the city in both business environments and private residences.

Tamiko selects and receives fresh flowers twice a week mainly from Holland but from all over the world. She uses only the best blooms of the highest quality. To master the art of floral design through an understanding of nature familiarity with the latest flower trends, Tamiko frequently visits Holland and brings the knowledge she gains there back to Fleurissant.
Tamiko also takes time to visit local orchid growers to select varieties of the extra large Phalaenopsis, hybrid and specialty orchids which are recognized as the finest quality orchids available in Canada.

The signature characteristics of both floral arrangements and potted orchids from
Fleurissant are the highest quality, vibrant colour, uniqueness and longevity.
These qualities are the foundation upon which Tamiko has built her reputation as
one of the most respected florists in Ottawa.
